T'ai Chi Ch'uan is a 400-year-old Chinese martial art which can provide remarkable health benefits in as little as 20 minutes of practice a day. Described as "meditation in motion," it strengthens legs, improves balance, reduces stress, and dramatically increases vigor.



Training complements all other sports and exercise activities and is safe for all ages. No special costume or equipment is required.
